Olivia’s Senior Pictures at St. Pete Beach, Florida
When you’re from Maine, known for its rocky coastline and lush pine forests, but you dream of sandy beaches and sun-kissed waves for your senior portraits… you head to Florida! Olivia and her family made the journey from the northeastern corner of the country to the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg, and I couldn’t have been more excited to capture these senior portraits.
As Miss Mapleton, she’s no stranger to being in the spotlight, but her easygoing nature and love for all things coastal made this session feel more like a fun day hanging out with the family. The sky put on quite a show throughout her session going from a heavenly golden glow to (my favorite) cotton candy skies. I definitely got tongue tied a time or two from being so excited over how the images were turning out. You’d never know we had a hurricane off the coast just days before her session – everything came together so beautifully!
One of my favorite parts of every senior session is the conversations I get to have, especially when I get to learn more about new places. Maine is now officially on my bucket list after learning potatoes (aka my favorite food) are a big deal there – did you know that?! Olivia, I wish you an amazing senior year ahead! I know your completive nature and fierce spirit are going to take you places. Enjoy every moment this year brings your way as you prepare for the next adventure.
