ASKED QUESTIONS
Are payment plans available?
A signed contract and a $1000 non-refundable reservation fee are both required to reserve your wedding day. However, the remaining balance is not due until 30 days prior to your wedding date – so we can split up payments however it works best for you! Please let me know in your response if you would like to utilize a custom payment plan. Credit cards are accepted.
When will we Receive our gallery?
I pride myself on a fast turn around time! You will receive your gallery no later than six – eight weeks after your wedding. Depending on how many sessions I have at the time, you may expect your gallery sooner rather than later. Be sure you are following my social media pages for sneak peeks!
How many images do you deliver?
I do not limit the number of images in your wedding gallery, you will receive all of the best images! Part of the editing process is making sure that the story of your day is represented in the best way possible.
Do we receive RAW or unedited images?
NOPE! Trust me, a RAW file is no good to you anyway, the file has to be processed to be a true reflection of your wedding day. Plus, no one wants photos of themselves blinking, talking, eating, etc. I make sure I deliver the best quality images for you and your guests.
Can We Remove the Engagement Session?
If you decide you do not want an engagement session – you can redeem your session within 18 months of your wedding date to celebrate with anniversary photos instead!
can i download my gallery?
Each collection includes unlimited printing and downloading rights. I do recommend that you download and backup all images immediately after receiving your final gallery. Online galleries are available up to one year. Prints and other products are sold separately.
Do I have to order prints?
Absolutely not! While your online gallery has many options for ordering professional prints and products, you’ll also receive a print release granting you personal printing rights to print images from the lab of your choice.
Are there any additional fees?
Depending on your wedding location, there may be travel fees. Travel is included up to two hours from Spring Hill, FL. For locations further than two hours or wedding coverage lasting past 10pm, a custom travel quote will be added to your invoice.
