Pinterest Management Overview
First, I like to begin by meeting with you to review your business, your Pinterest goals, and establish your customized client dashboard. Your client dashboard will be a place we can organize content like blog posts, podcast episodes, evergreen links, landing pages, product links, etc.
I will assign you a specific “content day” that I dedicate to working on your account. Any specific content/products you would want to be pinned that week will be due the night before your content day. After creating your custom pins, pins will be scheduled out on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and scheduled to post at a time optimized to your specific audience.
Inside your client dashboard will be a sheet where I will track + record metrics, trends, and keywords on a weekly basis. I know most business owners are too busy to spend time each week reviewing this data – so you will hear from me monthly when I email you a monthly analytic report to keep you updated. This will be customized to match your Pinterest goals and I will also include any information about upcoming quarterly outlooks.

How many pins do I need to pin? The answer to that is based off of two factors: content + consistency. Depending on your type of content and the amount you have to utilize you should start with a pinning schedule that feels good to you and that will be able to be consistently implemented.
